본 약관은 주식회사 조이스(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 오크스: 정복의 길(이하 "게임")과
게임의 공식 웹사이트(orcs.games), 그리고 회사가 게임 홍보를 위해 운영하는 내부 도구(이하 통칭 "서비스")의
이용 조건을 정합니다. 게임을 설치·실행하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 이용 허락
회사는 이용자에게 게임을 개인적·비상업적 용도로 이용할 수 있는 취소 가능한 비독점적 권리를 부여합니다.
게임의 코드·아트·음악·텍스트 등 모든 콘텐츠의 권리는 회사 또는 해당 라이선서에게 있습니다.
2. 계정
게임은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 이용합니다. 게임 진행 데이터는 이용자의 기기(및 iOS의 경우 iCloud)에
저장되며, 회사는 이를 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 기기 교체·삭제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 회사는 복구 의무를 지지 않습니다.
3. 인앱 구매
게임 내 재화(다이아)는 App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 구매하며, 결제·환불은 해당 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.
구매한 재화는 게임 내에서만 사용할 수 있고 현금으로 환전되지 않습니다. 회사는 관련 법령이 정하는 경우를 제외하고
사용된 재화를 환불하지 않습니다.
4. 금지 행위
게임의 변조·역공학, 자동화 프로그램 사용, 취약점 악용, 회사 또는 제3자의 권리 침해, 관련 법령 위반 행위를 금지합니다.
5. 서비스의 변경·중단
회사는 게임의 콘텐츠·밸런스·기능을 변경하거나 업데이트할 수 있으며, 부득이한 경우 사전 공지 후 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다.
6. 보증의 부인과 책임의 제한
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적 손해에 대해
책임을 지지 않으며, 회사의 총 책임은 이용자가 최근 6개월간 회사에 지급한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
7. 제3자 서비스
회사는 게임 홍보를 위해 공식 YouTube 채널을 운영하며, 영상 업로드에 회사 내부 도구 "Orcs Social"이
YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 해당 도구는 회사 직원만 사용하고 일반에 배포되지 않습니다. YouTube 이용에는
YouTube 서비스 약관과
Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
회사의 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
8. 준거법과 분쟁
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 회사 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.
9. 약관의 변경
회사는 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

These Terms govern your use of the mobile game Orcs: Warpath ("the Game"), its official website
(orcs.games), and the internal tools Joys Inc ("we", "us") operates to promote the Game (together, "the Service").
By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All content in the Game — code, art, music, text — remains the property of Joys Inc or its licensors.
2. Accounts
The Game requires no sign-up or login. Progress is stored on your device (and in iCloud on iOS); we do not keep it
on our servers. We are not obliged to restore data lost through device replacement or deletion.
3. In-App Purchases
In-game currency (diamonds) is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, and payment and refunds follow the
store's policies. Purchased currency can only be used inside the Game and cannot be exchanged for money. Except where
required by law, we do not refund currency that has been spent.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not modify or reverse-engineer the Game, use automation, exploit bugs, infringe the rights of Joys Inc or
third parties, or violate applicable law.
5. Changes and Discontinuation
We may change or update the Game's content, balance, and features, and may discontinue the Service with prior notice
where unavoidable.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages
arising from use of the Service, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding six months.
7. Third-Party Services
We run an official YouTube channel to promote the Game, and our internal tool "Orcs Social" uses YouTube API
Services to upload videos to it. The tool is used only by Joys Inc staff and is not distributed to the public.
Your use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service
and the Google Privacy Policy.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; the court having jurisdiction over our head office
is the court of first instance for any dispute.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
