주식회사 조이스(이하 "회사")는 모바일 게임 오크스: 정복의 길(이하 "게임")의 이용자 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 게임은 별도의 회원가입이나 계정 생성 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 회사는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

1. 수집하지 않는 정보

회사는 다음 정보를 수집하지 않습니다:

• 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소 등 개인 식별정보
• 위치 정보
• 연락처, 사진, 마이크, 카메라 등 기기 데이터
• 광고 식별자(IDFA/AAID)를 이용한 추적

본 게임에는 광고가 없습니다. 서비스 개선을 위한 익명 사용 통계는 아래 제2조와 같이 수집됩니다.

2. 익명 사용 데이터 수집

회사는 게임의 난이도 조정과 안정성 개선을 위해 개인을 식별할 수 없는 익명 사용 통계를 수집합니다.

• 수집 항목: 앱 실행, 게임(런) 시작·종료, 스테이지 클리어, 전투 결과, 사용한 카드·유물·해금 카드 목록 등 플레이 진행 통계와 오류(크래시) 로그
• 함께 기록되는 기기 설정값: 앱 버전과 빌드 번호, 플랫폼(iOS/Android), 언어 설정, 국가·지역 설정(예: KR, US)
• 설치 경로(Android): 앱을 처음 실행할 때 Google Play가 알려 주는 유입 경로(예: Play 스토어 검색, 회사 웹사이트·SNS 링크의 캠페인 코드)를 한 번 기록합니다. 캠페인 코드(utm_*)만 기록하며 광고 클릭 ID 등은 기록하지 않습니다. 어느 경로로 게임을 알게 되었는지 집계하는 데에만 씁니다.
• 국가·지역 설정에 대하여: 이는 이용자가 기기에 지정해 둔 설정값이며, GPS·기지국·IP 등을 이용한 위치 측정이 아닙니다. 언어 설정과 같은 성격의 값으로, 국가별 난이도·구매 지표를 비교하는 데에만 씁니다. 분석 서비스가 접속 IP로 도시·지역을 추정하지 않도록 해당 기능도 꺼 두었습니다. 따라서 제1조의 "위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다"는 그대로 유효합니다.
• 식별자: 무작위로 생성된 익명 ID만 사용합니다. 이름·이메일·광고 식별자 등과 연결되지 않으며, 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
• 처리: 분석 서비스 Mixpanel을 통해 처리되며, 광고 게재·광고 추적에 사용되거나 제3자에게 마케팅 목적으로 제공되지 않습니다.

웹사이트(orcs.games) 방문 통계: 웹사이트도 같은 방식으로 익명 방문 통계를 수집합니다.

• 수집 항목: 본 페이지 주소, 사이트 언어, 브라우저 언어 설정, 기기 종류(iOS/Android/데스크톱), 이전 사이트의 도메인(있는 경우), 링크에 붙은 캠페인 코드(예: ?c=tt_s1), 스토어·디스코드 링크 클릭. 게임 안의 문의 버튼으로 열린 문의 페이지에서는 제2조의 게임 익명 ID가 함께 기록됩니다.
• 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 브라우저 탭을 닫으면 사라지는 무작위 방문 ID만 사용하며, IP로 위치를 추정하는 기능은 꺼 두었습니다.
• 광고·마케팅 목적으로 사용되지 않으며, Mixpanel을 통해 처리됩니다.

3. 게임 데이터의 저장

진행 상황, 해금 내역, 설정 등 게임 데이터는 이용자 기기 내부에 저장됩니다. iOS의 경우 기기 변경·재설치 시 복원을 위해 Apple iCloud(iCloud Key-Value Store)에 백업될 수 있으며, 이는 이용자의 Apple 계정 하에서 Apple이 관리합니다. 회사는 이 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다.

4. 인앱 구매(결제)

본 게임은 게임 내 재화(다이아) 구매 등 인앱 구매를 제공합니다. 모든 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 결제 시스템을 통해 처리되며, 회사는 신용카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 수집하거나 열람하지 않습니다. 결제 처리 및 영수증 관리는 각 스토어 사업자가 담당하며, 해당 사업자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

본 게임은 다크 판타지 세계관(판타지 폭력 표현 포함)으로, 특별히 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 아동을 포함한 어떤 이용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

8. YouTube API 서비스 (회사 내부 도구 "Orcs Social")

회사는 게임의 공식 YouTube 채널(Orcs: Warpath)에 회사가 제작한 트레일러·플레이 영상을 올리기 위해 내부 도구 "Orcs Social"에서 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 이 도구는 회사 직원만 사용하며, 일반 이용자에게 배포되지 않고 게임 앱에도 포함되지 않습니다.

• 이 도구는 회사 소유의 Google 계정으로만 OAuth 인증을 하며, 다른 이용자·다른 채널의 YouTube 데이터를 수집·저장·공유하지 않습니다.
• 저장하는 것은 회사 자체 계정의 OAuth 토큰뿐이며, 회사 기기의 보호된 저장소에만 보관됩니다. 이 도구는 YouTube 콘텐츠를 표시하거나 광고를 게재하지 않습니다.
• YouTube API 서비스를 사용하는 이 도구에는 YouTube 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
• 부여한 접근 권한은 언제든지 Google 보안 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회 시 저장된 토큰은 더 이상 사용되지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

Joys Inc ("we", "us") respects the privacy of players of the mobile game Orcs: Warpath ("the Game"). The Game can be played without any sign-up or account creation, and we do not collect any personally identifiable information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Personal identifiers such as name, email, phone number, or address
• Location data
• Device data such as contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) for tracking

The Game contains no ads. Anonymous usage statistics are collected for service improvement as described in Section 2 below.

2. Anonymous Usage Data

To tune game difficulty and improve stability, we collect anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify you.

• What: gameplay progress statistics (app launches, run start/end, stage clears, combat results, cards and relics used, unlocked cards) and error (crash) logs
• Device settings recorded alongside: app version and build number, platform (iOS/Android), language setting, and country/region setting (e.g. KR, US)
• Install source (Android): on first launch, we record once the install source that Google Play provides (e.g. Play Store search, or the campaign code of a link on our website or social media). Only campaign codes (utm_*) are recorded — no ad click IDs. It is used only to count which channels people discover the Game through.
• About the country/region setting: this is a setting you chose on your device, not a location measurement from GPS, cell towers, or IP. It is the same kind of value as your language setting, and we use it only to compare difficulty and purchase metrics across countries. We have also disabled IP-based city/region inference in our analytics service. Section 1's statement that we do not collect location data therefore still holds.
• Identifier: a randomly generated anonymous ID only. It is never linked to your name, email, or advertising identifiers, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
• Processing: handled via the analytics service Mixpanel, and never used to serve or track ads, or shared with third parties for marketing.

Website (orcs.games) visit statistics: the website collects anonymous visit statistics in the same way.

• What: the page address, site language, browser language setting, device type (iOS/Android/desktop), the referring site's domain (if any), a campaign code in the link (e.g. ?c=tt_s1), and clicks on store and Discord links. On the support page opened from the in-game support button, the Game's anonymous ID from Section 2 is recorded as well.
• No cookies. Only a random visit ID that disappears when you close the browser tab is used, and IP-based location inference is disabled.
• Processed via Mixpanel and never used for advertising or marketing.

3. Game Data Storage

Game data such as progress, unlocks, and settings is stored locally on your device. On iOS, it may be backed up to Apple iCloud (iCloud Key-Value Store) for restoration when you change or reinstall on a device; this is managed by Apple under your Apple account. We do not access this data.

4. In-App Purchases

The Game offers in-app purchases (e.g., in-game diamonds). All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or have access to your payment information such as card numbers. Payment processing and receipts are handled by the respective store, subject to their privacy policies:

5. Children's Privacy

The Game features a dark-fantasy setting (including fantasy violence) and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as laws or the service change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

8. YouTube API Services (internal tool "Orcs Social")

We use YouTube API Services in an internal tool called "Orcs Social" to upload our own trailers and gameplay videos to the Game's official YouTube channel (Orcs: Warpath). The tool is used only by Joys Inc staff; it is not distributed to the public and is not part of the Game app.

• The tool authorizes only our own Google account via OAuth and does not collect, store, or share YouTube data of any other user or channel.
• The only data it stores is the OAuth token for our own account, kept in protected storage on our own devices. The tool does not display YouTube content and does not serve ads.
• Because the tool uses YouTube API Services, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply.
• Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page; once revoked, the stored token is no longer usable.
